As we age, our bodies change - and so should our approach to working out.
First and foremost, aging doesn’t mean you can’t workout hard and stay active.
It does mean you should workout differently, in ways that are more productive and focused on longevity.

My signature class
This is all you need!
A full body workout designed to work you from head to toe. It is based on a technique designed and proven to work specifically for women 50+. Give me at least 3 days a week and you’ll love the results.
Cardio, strength, core, balance, toning … the whole works all in one class. With new classes all the time.
In less than an hour this class will challenge you, help you build strength physically and mentally, and do so in a way that is safer as we age.
This is not a class for women that don’t want to exert themselves. You will workout hard. You will sweat. And you’ll feel it the next day. I promise if you put in the effort you will get great results. And if you’re not in shape yet, don’t worry - I have a “light” class just for you - still tough but a bit easier to help you ease into it.

Here’s what you’ll do …
Take The Teddi B Workout 3x a week.
This class will work your entire body. Head to toe, including abs/core. That’s the beauty of it - work hard for the entire class and you’re good to go.
Take different versions of this class. There are a bunch and new ones added all the time. Part of the key to these classes is each works you in a different way, leading to greater results.
We will also be adding some shorter version for those days when you just don’t have a ton of time.
Afraid you’re not in good enough shape?
I am also adding some “light” classes. These will still challenge you, but let you take it a little easier until you’re ready.
Move your body the other days
Get some cardio with running, biking, walking at a good pace … whatever you like to do. Just be active every day for 45+ minutes. Check out some of my other classes, including SIT, Core & Abs, Butt, Arms and more, as well.
Stretch and Core & Abs
Be sure to stretch, either w my Stretch class or take some yoga. Wouldn’t hurt to add some extra Core & Abs, as well - a strong core is key to so much in life!
Eat right and get serious sleep
There are a lot of dieting styles floating around right now. Stick to the basics: Get plenty of protein, eliminate processed foods, minimize sugar and alcohol. Life is short though, so enjoy those “forbidden foods” every once in a while! And prioritize your sleep - it’s restorative. Try to get at least 7-8 hours a night.

I have spent my career helping women look and feel their best through innovative, challenging, and fun workouts that actually work.
Expertise
I hold multiple top-tier fitness certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, along with advanced credentials in functional movement and mobility, and nutrition . I’ve spent years studying how to train smarter and safer for lasting results—especially as we age.
Experience
My journey spans decades: from training celebrities and athletes in New York, to owning and operating my own studios in Denver, to providing classes, bootcamps and personal training online and bootcamps in locations around the world. I have helped thousands of women find what works for their bodies.
As I’ve moved into middle age, my training has evolved—designed to meet the real challenges women face in this phase of life: shifting hormones, stubborn weight gain, low energy, low self esteem, and a changing body.
My philosophy?
Aging doesn’t mean slowing down, just being smart about what you do and how you do it. You can definitely workout hard (you should), stay strong, feel confident, and yes—still be sexy.
