Let’s look out for each other by respecting the Cancellation Policies when you can’t make it so others are able to attend class.
NEW Policies – EFFECTIVE Feb 27. 2023
LATE CHECK-INS: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late . . . your spot may be given to someone else, and you will either be charged the late cancellation fee or a class will be deducted from your package. We encourage you to avoid arriving late as you are missing the valuable warm-up time which can result in injury!
WAITLIST CONFIRMATIONS: If you are moved off the waitlist and into a class you need to confirm your spot. If you do NOT want the spot, you will need to cancel online, otherwise, you will be considered a LATE CANCEL. If the confirmation email/text is sent within the 12-hour cancellation window and you do not want the spot, please email [email protected] so we can remove you from the class without incurring the Late Cancel charge. If your plans change or you no longer want a spot in the class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance!
WAITLIST DROP-INS: If you see that a class is full, but you want to take your chances, you may drop-in to the studio. We will release spots 10 minutes after the class start time for any students waiting, pending availability. Spots will be released on a first come, first serve basis. Of course, we always recommend signing up for the waitlist in advance. CLASS SIGN-UPS: While we’re at it, a reminder that our class sign-ups are on a 14-day rolling basis. Because many of our classes fill up, we recommend booking classes as far in advance as possible! If you are on a membership, remember that you are only able to sign up during the month for which you are paid.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS: All auto-renewing memberships require an initial 3-month commitment and then a 30 days notice (from the day your membership is charged) to cancel. If you need to cancel your membership, you will need to do so in writing to [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation in a reply to the email you write to us from. Membership suspensions are no longer offered unless a note is provided by a doctor, and even in those scenarios, The Teddi B Workout reserves the right to decide if a suspension is to be offered.
