If you’re going to take just one class, this is it! In fact, we recommend this 2-3 times a week.
This class is for all fitness levels and you will need a variety of hand weights from 1-5 lbs and ankle weights and a long medium strength resistance band (all of which we will provide if you’re in studio).
You might not be able to sit down or laugh for a couple days – but next time you put on a swimsuit, you’ll be thanking us for this class! We will work your core from every angle – not just sit ups of course, and will annihilate your tush. We’ll get it high, tight and suitable for spanking.
When you only have a short amount of time, Quick & Dirty is your answer.
Or when you finish a full class and you want some more!
A variety of quick classes that focus on your specific needs – cardio, abs, butt, legs, shoulders/arms, stretch and more – great for those days when you don’t have time for a full class. Or you want a little more!
