Getting Started
What you’ll need
Clear out some room (it’s great if you have room for a dedicated workout area, but if not you can make most any space work!) and dress to workout hard and likely sweat a bit (or a lot!).
- You will want:
- a mat
- 2 small barbells (2-5lb)
- wrist/ankle weights (we’re big fans of Bala Bangles) but there are plenty of other options.
- water and a towel
If you don’t have any of these you can still do the workout but we highly recommend at least using light weights.
