This is a great opportunity to get away and recharge. Kick start your workouts. And have a great time with friends old and new.
We workout multiple times every day, enjoy incredible, healthy food and a very cool excursion, have plenty of time to relax, shop or get a massage, and much more. Oh, and a very special dinner in town!

Let this retreat be a great jump off for your fitness journey or to keep it going even stronger as we will work out a few times every day!! And have the time to really focus on specific areas and work on form.

I cannot stress enough how important “retreating” is.
Taking time for you, going inside a little, digging a little deeper and finding yourself again. Spending time relaxing, regenerating, moving, communing with others, laughing, dancing, being in nature are all essential for our mental and physical health.
